I agree to abide by the community rules within the complex.
I agree to inform all members of my party that this is a naturist resort, nudity is the accepted normal 'dress code' in communal areas.
I agree to take all reasonable care of the property and report any damage to the owners before the end of the rental period.
I agree to leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition, and to pay for any additional cleaning or repair costs in the event of damage.
The required deposit is 25% of total rental cost. This is payable on reservation, an apartment may be temporarily reserved for up to 3 days prior to receipt of deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation will receive a full refund of monies paid. After that time deposits are non - returnable and you are advised to ensure that your travel insurance covers your loss.
The remaining balance is payable not later than 8 weeks prior to the holiday. Any cancellation within 8 weeks of traveling will normally result in no refund of payment.
I understand that the owners accept no liability for any damage or loss to our property that may occur whilst staying in the apartment. We strongly advise that you take out appropriate travel insurance.
